Led by Directors Paul Ferguson, Joe Cooney & Richie O’Malley, our leadership team is a dynamic group of passionate, experienced professionals with complementary skills that drive the success of the wider team. We believe that proactive communication and collaboration is key to achieving successful outcomes. We work in partnership with our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and utility providers to find the best possible solutions for project delivery. Our senior project management team of 10 personnel leads our 35-person strong construction team with approximately 8 x site crews.
